4am Saatchi & Saatchi was approached by MeatPack, a small sneaker store that caters an even smaller sneaker head audience, to help them bring new costumers. The problem was that this small store was surrounded by bigger competitors brands in the same mall. We tried a different approach, instead of introducing new clients by conventional promotions, we decided to hijack our competitors costumers with a smartphone app that activates every time one costumer enters a competitor store, giving the sneaker head a countdown discount.
